On July 1, 2023, the Minister of Public Security issued Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA providing for the grant and revocation of registration and license plates of motor vehicles. According to this circular, many new policies related to cars and motorbikes will take effect from August 15, 2023, one of the notable contents is the regulation of vehicle registration at temporary residences.
