Business and trade petitions

• Requesting invalidation of a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), a resolution of the Board of Members according to the legislation on the enterprise.
• Requesting related to the resolution of disputes by Vietnamese commercial arbitrators as prescribed by the Law on Commercial Arbitration.
• The petitions for the arrest of aircraft and ships as prescribed by Vietnam civil aviation law and Vietnam maritime code, except for cases where aircraft/vessels must be arrested serving lawsuit settlement.
• The petition for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam or non-recognition of judgments or decisions on business and commercial matters of foreign Courts; or non-recognition of judgments or decisions on business and commercial matters of foreign Courts is not requested to be enforced in Vietnam.
